2. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 1201, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) and/or EU-based infrastructure. Vercel acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
When you visit this website, Vercel's servers automatically record: IP address, date and time, HTTP method, URL, HTTP status code, data volume, referrer URL, browser/OS (user-agent string). These access logs are stored for up to 30 days for security and technical operation purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security and stable operation).
Data may be transferred to the USA based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
3. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, your message and any personal data you include (name, email address, message content) will be processed solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Cookies, localStorage, and consent
This site uses only technically necessary browser storage. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
Consent storage:Your cookie preferences (which categories you accepted or rejected) are saved in your browser's localStorage under the key lillyisloading_cookie_consent. This entry includes a timestamp and the privacy policy version at the time of your decision, as required by Art. 7 GDPR. No server-side logging of consents takes place.

5. External media — YouTube
This page embeds videos from YouTube LLC / Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). YouTube videos are not loaded until you explicitly consent to the "external media" category in the cookie banner.
When a video is loaded, your browser establishes a direct connection to YouTube's servers. YouTube may process your IP address, browser fingerprint, and — if you are logged in to Google — your account data. YouTube uses the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which reduces but does not eliminate data collection. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Data is transferred to the USA. Google LLC has certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF); additionally, Standard Contractual Clauses apply. For details see Google's privacy policy.

Where processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To withdraw consent for this website, clear the localStorage/site data for this domain in your browser settings.
